PHREVO is a post-extractive decision architecture with a score, governance framework, verification stack, and access model for coordinating capital, policy, technology, and communities before harm becomes irreversible.PHREVO es una arquitectura de decisión post-extractiva con puntuación, marco de gobernanza, pila de verificación y modelo de acceso para coordinar capital, política, tecnología y comunidades antes de que el daño sea irreversible.
We saw capital, public policy, and technology move faster than the systems meant to protect dignity. The bottleneck was not conviction — it was architecture. So we began designing a new one.
PHREVO began from a Global South reading of economic exclusion, institutional failure, uneven development, and systems that respond to harm only after communities have already paid the cost. Many visible impact initiatives still rely on weak measurement infrastructure: disclosure after damage, self-reporting instead of evidence, and governance without binding constraints.
The result is verified impact infrastructure: decisions that can be evaluated before action, capital guided by evidence, and governance that treats preventable harm as a design failure.
PHREVO is currently led by Andrés Jiménez while a formal operating team is being constituted. The work is supported by a growing circle of collaborators, validators, advisors, and implementation partners whose roles will be named only when formally confirmed.
